How to Reclaim Back Your Self Confidence
Only you can make you happy
When we start out in life as children, we look up to our parents to give us assurance and encouragement. But somewhere along the way most of us face criticism, judgement and ridicule. Schools in particular are a breeding ground for these negative behaviours. The extreme part of it is called bulling, but for the most part, it is subtle comments and laughter that isolate these individuals and leave them vulnerable to emotional stress. These emotions are painful enough to create self-consciousness; they lose their confidence, create fear of public speaking, shyness to ask questions, and become easily stressed to participate in group functions.
As far as I’m concerned, no one individual should be exposed to an abusive environment where a change can’t be easily made to correct this negative situation. But the way our social system is structured upon, still have defects. It is also based on the assumption that one box fits all, and everyone should be taught on the same level while all children at a certain age must have the same level of learning abilities. Should the children show any disinterest in the class room, they are automatically labeled as having a learning problem!

-Take your power back by thinking for yourself and don’t let anyone suggest that their idea is better than yours. If you have not asked for their opinion don’t let others tell you what to do.
- Be independent of others, make sure you are happy with or without anyone. People who rely on others to be happy will be disappointed many times over. No one can make you happy but you.
- Do not allow verbal abuse or disrespect from anyone to continue past the first time encountered. If you can’t stop them from doing what you have asked, avoid being with them altogether.
Here is the real message to you;
If you want to change the world on the outside, you must change yourself on the inside. This is the secret to success.
